The South Australian Cricket Association Limited is seeking a Match Day Concierge to enhance guest experiences during cricket matches at our Adelaide venue. You will warmly greet guests, provide directions, and support seating, facilities, and event schedules while upholding dress standards and safety protocols.

You must be available for all major events during the cricket season and bring a positive attitude, excellent communication, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of match days while delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our members and patrons.## About the RoleAs a Match Day Concierge, you will:- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, providing directions and information as needed.- Ensure that patrons accessing the Member's Area adhere to the SACA Member Dress Standards.- Assist guests with queries regarding seating, facilities, amenities and event schedules.- Proactively identify and address guest needs and concerns, striving to resolve issues efficiently and courteously.- Collaborate with security, ticketing and other operational teams to ensure a seamless match day experience.- Provide accurate information about SACA, its events and services.- Distribute match day programs, promotional materials and other relevant information.- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour at all times, representing SACA's values.- Assist with crowd management and flow, directing guests to appropriate areas.- Report any safety concerns or incidents to relevant personnel promptly.## About You- Availability for all major events during the cricket season (November-March).- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide quality customer service and positively interact with people- You have an ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with a wide range of people- You are organised and flexible in your approach with excellent time management skills- You have the stamina and desire to work in a fast-paced environment, under direction and with limited supervision- You have a positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer service- You have a high work ethic, commitment to professionalism and flexibility- You have problem solving capabilities and can respond to potential conflicts under pressure to contribute to a safe experience for all patrons- Ideally you will possess a general knowledge, respect and understanding of a sporting environment- You will hold a valid Working with Children Check or have the ability to obtain oneThis position requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time (for full length of shift) as part of the essential duties, managing dress standard inspections, and providing customer service.
