Job summary

Tech & Data People partners with a leading Melbourne business to hire a Master Data Administrator who thrives at the intersection of systems, data and continuous improvement. You will own product configurations, pricing and specification data, drive system enhancements, and provide reporting to support commercial decisions while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

• Conduct margin, cost variance and pricing analysis.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities Product & Systems Management

• Manage product configurations, templates and business rules
• Maintain product, pricing and specification data across multiple platforms
• Support new product introductions and lifecycle changes
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems

Reporting & Commercial Analysis

• Deliver reporting and insights that support business decision-making
• Conduct margin, cost variance and pricing analysis
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve business performance

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality
• Support system enhancements, integrations and optimisation projects
• Contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency, governance and user experience
