Job summary

ResMed's Mask Product Design and Engineering team is seeking a Product Design Engineer to take concepts through production for everyday wearables. You will prototype, test, develop CAD, and collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to optimize for fit, comfort, and manufacturability.

You will work closely with colleagues across Product Design, Customer Experience and Manufacturing, applying human-centered design and DFMEA to create reliable medical-grade devices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing physical products through design and engineering.
• Strong 3D CAD skills using Creo/SolidWorks/NX.
• Understanding of materials and manufacturability.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware products from concept to production.
• Prototype, test, and refine designs with suppliers and manufacturing teams.
• Create detailed CAD models and technical drawings.
• Apply tolerance analysis, DFMEA, and other engineering methods.
• Collaborate across design, engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
