Import Health Pty Ltd, trading as Ultrana Medical, is seeking a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a hands‑on role with responsibility for coordinating and delivering our marketing activities across digital channels, content, email, events and lead generation. You will work closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager, as well as the wider team, to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support business growth and customer engagement.
The role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, creating high‑quality content and working across a variety of marketing activities in a growing business.
Social Media Management: Create, coordinate and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn using platforms such as Canva Pro and Meta Business Suite.
Content Creation: Plan, film and edit product videos, testimonial content, educational material and photography featuring our medical devices and services.
Email Marketing: Develop and coordinate email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp to engage existing customers and generate new enquiries.
Paid Advertising: Coordinate Meta and Google advertising campaigns, monitor performance and work to improve campaign effectiveness and lead generation.
Website Management: Create and update website content, landing pages and promotional pages using WordPress.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement marketing activities designed to increase enquiries, generate leads and support sales opportunities.
Events & Education: Coordinate marketing and promotional activities for workshops, webinars, conferences and other educational events.
Customer Engagement: Liaise with customers, clinicians, presenters and other stakeholders to gather testimonials, photography, video and other marketing content.
Brand & Content: Maintain consistent branding, messaging and presentation across all marketing channels and materials.
Marketing Strategy: Assist in planning and implementing the company's marketing strategy and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and lead generation.
Reporting & Optimisation: Monitor marketing performance, analyse campaign results and make recommendations for future activity.
Marketing Coordination: Manage content calendars, marketing schedules and multiple projects to ensure campaigns and promotional activities are delivered on time.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience in a marketing coordinator, digital marketing or similar role
Strong written communication and copywriting skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
Experience with Canva or similar design software
Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience managing or updating websites, preferably using WordPress
An understanding of digital marketing, SEO and lead generation
Confidence creating and editing short‑form video content
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
A creative and proactive approach, with a willingness to test new ideas
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a small team
Experience in the healthcare, medical technology or medical device industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
