CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and day-to-day delivery across Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre and Showgrounds Village. Based primarily at Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, you'll own the full marketing function, driving customer engagement and retailer performance.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years' marketing experience, ideally within retail, shopping centres, property, destination marketing or a related environment.
• Strong capability across events, campaigns, stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
• Experience curating and managing marketing budgets, reporting and multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate events, centre activations, digital marketing, social media and communications
• Build strong relationships with retailers, community groups, suppliers, agencies and local stakeholders
• Manage Curate and manage marketing budgets, reporting and campaign performance analysis
• Review and approve marketing collateral, creative content, media activity and promotional initiatives
• Analyse trade area trends, customer metrics and centre performance to inform marketing decisions
• Support community-focused programs that strengthen each centre's local connection
• Collaborate with National Marketing, Centre Management and Asset Management teams on broader asset initiatives and development projects
