Job summary

Hume AI, a leading voice AI emotion platform, is hiring its first dedicated Marketing Manager to own how Hume shows up in the market. You’ll translate deep research and product capabilities into credible, compelling value for AI engineers, researchers, and enterprise buyers, working directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams from day one.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in B2B marketing, with significant product marketing experience at an AI, developer tools, data infrastructure, or API-first company
• Ability to understand deeply technical products and explain them simply without dumbing them down; comfortable reading a research paper and turning it into a story
• Track record of shipping launches and content that moved pipeline, not just awareness
• Experience marketing to both technical users and enterprise buyers
• Excellent writing; you'll produce much of the content yourself
• Autonomy in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with disciplined prioritization

Responsibilities

• Positioning and messaging: Own Hume's platform narrative and product messaging across the full stack, from APIs to Kairos.
• Product launches: Plan and run launches for new products, models, benchmarks, and major features with cross-functional teams.
• Content and thought leadership: Build a content engine with technical blog posts, research explainers, benchmarks, case studies, and executive leadership pieces.
• Demand generation: Stand up programs that generate qualified pipeline for enterprise and developer motions (email, events, webinars, partner co-marketing, paid channels).
• Sales enablement: Arm the commercial team with pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive positioning, and customer proof points.
• Developer and community presence: Partner with product and DevRel to grow awareness among developers.
• Measurement: Define and report metrics like pipeline contribution, content performance, and brand reach.
