Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience in Australia and New Zealand.
• Ability to plan and deliver multi‑channel marketing programs that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, and agency coordination skills.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams, channel partners, and cross‑functional marketing groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of leveraging AI in marketing strategy, campaigns, content, reporting and daily ops.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver integrated marketing programs for the ANZ region, including customers, partners and field marketing.
• Adapt APJC and global programs to maximise relevance and impact in ANZ.
• Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity.
• Collaborate with ANZ/regional sales leadership, channel partners, product marketing and the demand centre.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Track program performance, lead generation and pipeline, and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, timelines and logistics to meet Cisco standards.
• Embed AI into marketing workflows to boost efficiency and speed.
