Job summary

Cisco Systems seeks a Marketing Manager to lead the Collaboration Technology Group’s ANZ marketing plan, driving engagement and growth across Australia and New Zealand. You will own integrated programs with customers, partners and field marketing.

You will adapt global programs for local impact, identify AI-driven opportunities to boost effectiveness, and partner with sales, channel partners and product marketing to deliver measurable results and a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B technology marketing experience in Australia and New Zealand.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, and agency coordination skills.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams, channel partners, and cross-functional marketing groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of leveraging and embedding artificial intelligence into marketing strategy, campaign execution, content development, reporting, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver integrated programs encompassing customer, partner and field marketing initiatives.
• Adapt APJC and global marketing programs for the ANZ region.
• Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, personalisation, productivity and decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, channel partners, product marketing and the demand centre.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to coordinate program delivery.
• Track and analyse program performance, lead generation, and pipeline contribution with regular insights.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, timelines, and program logistics to Cisco standards.
• Embed AI into marketing workflows and daily operations to enhance efficiency and speed.
