Qualifications

• Five+ years of B2B technology marketing experience in Australia and New Zealand.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder, project management, and agency coordination skills.
• Experience collaborating with sales, channel partners, and cross-functional marketing groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of embedding AI into marketing strategy and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver integrated programs for customer, partner and field marketing.
• Adapt APJC and global programs for relevance in ANZ region.
• Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, channel partners, product marketing and demand center.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors.
• Track program performance, lead generation and pipeline contributions; provide insights.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, timelines, and logistics to Cisco standards.
• Embed AI into marketing workflows to enhance efficiency and speed.
