THE ROLE:

We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Manager who gets that B2B should never be boring. Someone who understands that marketing to marketers calls for more creativity, not less.

As a critical part of our Creative Intelligence group, the Customer Marketing team mission is to make NOVA Entertainment the media partner of choice for advertisers & agencies. And make no mistake, these guys are spoiled for choice.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy this national mid level role is responsible for planning, creating and executing marketing and content strategies that inform our internal and external audiences about NE portfolio of products, performance and points of difference.

What you will be doing and what skills you may have:

Campaign Management: Bring to life customer experiences, campaigns & collateral that start the conversations we want to have.
Sales Enablement: Help our salesforce (continue to) be the best in market.
B2B Brand Management: Keep us looking, feeling, and sounding like ourselves wherever our customers come into contact with us.
Social Media Strategy & Execution: Make the most of our owned assets.
Trade Media Management: Get eyes, ears, and attention on us in the trade press.

To be successful in this role:

Day to day, we’d put your skills to work on anything from campaigning our newest podcast, to artful editing or creation of copy, creating corporate social strategy and producing content, or even managing a website build, to name a few (actual) examples.
The right person for the job is going to be someone who cares about quality. You want to do smart, creative work that stands out, because for you, if something’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well.
Communication is a strong suit of yours – you can ‘talk the talk’ with the best of them and you’re just as passionate about the written word. You’ve got a great eye, and your own sense of style. You know what’s popular but you’re not ruled by it.
At your core, you’re a people person. You know you won’t have all the answers, but you’re proactive and influential in finding and mobilising the people that do.
This dynamic role is ripe for someone with 5+ years’ work experience in a related field (media experience is preferred), who stays calm under pressure, sees learning and feedback as an always on thing and takes a heap of pride in their work.
