Job description

Are you a commercially minded marketing professional who knows how to turn strategy into action, campaigns into leads, and strong brands into business growth?

Redink Homes, part of Scott Park Group, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of marketing, brand and lead-generation activity across Redink Homes while supporting broader Scott Park Group initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable developing marketing strategy, analysing performance and managing budgets as they are rolling up their sleeves to deliver campaigns, coordinate projects and work closely with sales teams.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager and Marketing Director, you will take ownership of a broad marketing portfolio spanning brand management, digital and traditional campaigns, lead generation, CRM, display home marketing, partnerships, events and business-wide projects.

You'll also lead and support a Social Media & Marketing Assistant and work closely with senior leaders, sales teams and external agency and supplier partners.

A major focus of the role will be ensuring marketing activity translates into measurable commercial outcomes – generating quality enquiries, improving conversion and supporting continued business growth.

What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and support sales targets.

Managing the Redink Homes marketing budget and monitoring expenditure against agreed plans.

Partnering closely with the Marketing Director, Sales Director and Sales Managers to establish KPIs and track enquiry-to-sale performance.

Managing and optimising HubSpot CRM to improve lead management, reporting and conversion.

Measuring and reporting on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness and lead-generation activity.

Managing marketing activity associated with the opening and closing of display homes, including photography, signage, point-of-sale material, print collateral, digital signage and website updates.

Managing website content through WordPress and coordinating digital marketing requirements.

Protecting and strengthening the Redink Homes and Scott Park Group brands across marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Managing relationships with media suppliers, digital agencies, graphic designers, printers, signage providers and other external partners.

Supporting marketing for Scott Park Group's vertically integrated businesses in collaboration with their General Managers and the Marketing Director.

Supporting the Scott Park Group partnership with Sumitomo Forestry Australia, ensuring relevant brand guidelines and approval requirements are maintained.

Coordinating key Group initiatives including events, awards submissions, sales training activities and special marketing projects.

Managing multiple projects, stakeholders, priorities and deadlines across a fast-moving business environment.

Coaching and supporting your direct report while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing marketing function.

About you

You're an experienced marketer who combines strong creative and brand instincts with commercial thinking.

You’ll ideally bring:

A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline.

Significant marketing and brand management experience, ideally within residential construction, property or a related industry.

Demonstrated experience developing strategy and translating it into successful tactical marketing campaigns.

Strong commercial and financial acumen, including marketing budget management.

Experience using CRM platforms, with HubSpot experience highly regarded.

An understanding of lead-generation funnels and the ability to analyse enquiry, conversion and campaign performance.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with senior leaders, sales teams, agencies and external partners.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple initiatives moving at once.

A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to get involved across both strategic and hands‑on marketing activity.

Experience within the WA residential building industry would be particularly valuable.

9-day fortnight – enjoy greater work-life balance with a 9-day fortnight once you’ve successfully completed your probation period.

Paid parental leave – including paid maternity leave to support you and your family during important life moments (following completion of 12 months employment).

Employee discounts and benefits – access a range of offers across participating businesses, including discounted health insurance, mortgage rates and gym memberships.

Ongoing employee benefits – take advantage of a growing range of benefits and discounts designed to support your financial, physical and personal wellbeing.

Established WA business – join a successful and well-recognised Western Australian group with a strong presence in the residential building industry.

Career development – work alongside experienced leaders and gain exposure across multiple brands and businesses within Scott Park Group.

Variety and impact – take ownership of meaningful marketing initiatives and see the direct impact of your work across brand, sales and business performance.

If you're looking for a marketing leadership position where you can combine strategy, brand, digital, CRM, lead generation and hands‑on execution, we’d love to hear from you.
