As one of Australia's most recognised and awarded home builders, we’re looking for two passionate, results‑driven Marketing Managers to join our high‑performing Queensland Marketing Team based in our stylish Robina Office.

This is a hands‑on marketing role with significant influence, autonomy and variety. You’ll work alongside a State Marketing Manager, talented in‑house creative specialists, digital experts, and business stakeholders to deliver campaigns that drive leads, brand awareness, display home traffic and sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivering campaign execution across multiple brands and channels
• Craft campaign messaging and partner with the graphics team to shape direction
• Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, retail and in‑person channels
• Drive qualified leads, website traffic and display home visits through effective campaign delivery
• Ensure all activity is accurate, compliant and on‑brand
• Oversee content and collateral tailored to audience needs
• Monitor and refine media, messaging and campaign performance to maximise ROI
• Continuously optimise campaigns using insights and performance data

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a campaign‑focused marketing role
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong copywriting and campaign development abilities
• Analytical mindset with experience reviewing campaign performance data
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• A positive, collaborative and solutions‑focused approach

Compensation

Remuneration: $90,000 - $109,999 including Superannuation
