Job summary

Christian College Geelong is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, elevating the College's brand and student experiences. You will collaborate with the Marketing, Admissions and Communications team to engage families, alumni and the broader community.

The role focuses on strategic planning, content creation, and delivering high-quality campaigns that reflect the College's mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience developing, implementing and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for digital platforms and external communications.
  • Proven capability in strategic marketing planning and campaign management.
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders and managing projects to deadlines.
  • Experience sourcing or developing visual content (photos/videos) for campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into improvements.

About the Role

Position: Marketing Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term to 17 December 2027
Employment Start Date: Negotiable
FTE/Time Fraction: 1.0 FTE (38 hours per week)
Location: Highton or any other Campus as required

Christian College Geelong is seeking a creative, strategic and highly organised Marketing Manager to lead the development, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across the College.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications, this role is responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support community engagement and showcase the unique experiences and opportunities available across the College.

You will work closely with campus leaders and key stakeholders to deliver compelling campaigns, engaging content and impactful storytelling that reflects the College's mission, values and strategic priorities.

The successful applicant will play a key role in promoting the College's reputation by elevating the voices of students, staff and alumni while driving engagement across digital, print, social media, events and community communications.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this role, please address the following criteria in your application. Your responses should contain relevant examples:

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Demonstrated experience developing, implementing and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms, advertising, newsletters, websites and external communications.

Proven capability in strategic marketing planning and campaign management, supported by a sound understanding of contemporary marketing tools, platforms and best practice.

Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing projects to achieve agreed outcomes and deadlines.

Demonstrated experience sourcing, managing or developing visual content, including photography and video assets, to support marketing and communications objectives.

Ability to analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into recommendations that improve engagement and outcomes.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, parents, alumni and external partners.
