Job summary

CBRE Melbourne is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead planning and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives for Pacific Werribee, driving customer engagement, brand growth and centre performance.

You will lead integrated campaigns, manage budgets, engage retailers and stakeholders, coach the marketing team and ensure governance and reporting.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, brand growth and centre performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation, planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Drive brand positioning activities and enhance market presence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, partners and key stakeholders.
• Foster effective collaboration with internal teams across the centre.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and marketing expenditure.
• Complete reporting, governance and compliance activities.
• Champion safe work practices across all marketing activities.
• Ensure customer-focused outcomes are considered in decision making.
• Review and improve marketing processes and ways of working.
• Lead training, coaching and development initiatives.
