Job summary

MFTE Staffing Services is seeking a Marketing Specialist for Furniture & Interiors in Sydney. This full-time role sits within Brand, Digital & Events and offers the chance to shape campaigns across premium collections and showroom activations.

You’ll manage end-to-end campaigns—from brief to delivery—working with internal teams, creative partners and external agencies to drive engagement through email, social, website, and events. A design-led mindset and strong copywriting are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or campaign coordination.
• Experience with email marketing, social media and website content.
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and keep multiple projects moving.
• Confidence working with internal teams and external creative partners.
• Initiative, resourcefulness and ownership mindset.
• Interest in furniture, interiors, homewares or premium lifestyle products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Manage email campaigns, website updates and digital communications.
• Create engaging copy and coordinate visual assets for digital and social channels.
• Build brand awareness and engagement across the interiors and trade market.
• Organise showroom events, launches and client activations.
• Brief designers and agencies, keeping projects on schedule and aligned with the brand.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
