Job summary

Scentre Group is seeking a Marketing Executive for Westfield Liverpool on a part-time basis (Wed, Thu & Fri). You will develop and execute marketing strategies, coordinate events, and manage communications to enhance the centre experience.

You will work closely with the Customer Experience Team, support budget processes, agency and supplier management, and use insights to inform campaigns. This hands-on role also involves direct customer interaction and duty management on weekends.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have experience across both activations and digital marketing.
• You're a thoughtful listener who uses insights to guide decisions that keep the customer at the heart of every action.
• Formal qualifications in Marketing or a related field are valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging events and activations.
• Contribute ideas to shape the centre's annual Marketing Plan.
• Assist with the preparation and management of the annual marketing income and expense budget.
• Partner with agencies and external suppliers to deliver high-quality creative assets, event services, and campaigns.
• Leverage data, insights, and listening tools to understand customer needs and inform marketing strategies and event planning.
• This is a hands-on role involving direct customer interaction and supporting the broader asset team with day-to-day centre operations.
