Job summary

Scentre Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator on a 10-month fixed-term contract to develop and execute marketing strategies, coordinate events, and manage communications for Westfield destinations. The role supports the Customer Experience Team and participates in duty management rosters, including occasional weekend shifts.

You'll work closely with the team to drive marketing initiatives, insights, and stakeholder collaboration across agencies and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Ability to translate customer insights into marketing plans and events.
• Strong budget management and supplier coordination skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging events and activations that elevate the customer experience, ensuring timely and budget-aligned execution.
• Contribute ideas to shape the centre’s annual Marketing Plan.
• Assist with preparation and management of the annual marketing income and expense budget, including quotes, purchase orders, invoices, accruals and reforecasting.
• Partner with agencies and external suppliers to deliver high-quality assets and campaigns on time and within budget.
• Leverage data and listening tools to understand customer needs and inform marketing strategies and event planning.
• Support day-to-day centre operations and provide hands-on customer interaction as part of the duty management roster.
