Latitude Financial Services in Melbourne is seeking a Marketing Delivery Assistant Manager to drive campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. You will coordinate assets, progress approvals and prepare launches to ensure campaigns are accurate, timely and customer-ready.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external partners, delivering hands-on campaign coordination and marketing operations. A hybrid working model in Melbourne is offered.

Formación

• Experience in marketing operations, campaign delivery or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, timelines and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting creative production with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with marketing approval workflows, Admation preferred.
• Understanding of Legal and Compliance requirements in marketing.
• Experience with purchase orders, invoices and budget reconciliation.
• Strong communication and proactive problem solving.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate campaigns across paid media, digital, affiliate and CRM channels, keeping timelines and launch requirements on track.
• Support creative production with basic design, adaptation and resizing.
• Manage approval workflows, coordinating Legal and Compliance reviews before launches.
• Keep promotions, product listings and assets accurate across partner platforms.
• Support marketing financial administration including PO, invoices, spend tracking and reconciliation.
• Maintain campaign records and trackers; flag risks and resolve issues with the Senior Acquisition Lead.
• Identify process improvements using AI, automation and digital tools.
