Job summary

Mulgrave Country Club seeks a proactive Marketing Coordinator to turn community events into compelling stories and campaigns that drive attendance and loyalty. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns, calendars, and content while collaborating with designers and suppliers to maintain the Club’s brand voice.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with members and teams, delivering engaging communications, and analysing campaign results to improve participation and visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in marketing, communications or related role.
• Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, business or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign priorities into clear plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate campaigns across email, SMS, website, social media, digital advertising, print and in-venue channels.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate approvals to keep activity on schedule.
• Build and send email and SMS communications and support automated communications that welcome, engage and retain members.
• Help members feel informed, connected and involved through engaging communications that encourage participation in Club activities, events and experiences.
• Prepare and maintain campaign lists and database segments.
• Keep website content and event listings accurate and up to date.
• Create basic marketing assets and coordinate photography and video production.
• Liaise with external designers, agencies and suppliers as required.
• Ensure marketing materials reflect the Club’s brand consistently.
• Track and report on campaign performance, including membership, visitation and commercial outcomes.
