Job summary

Wenty Leagues Club is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support marketing, promotions and engagement activities across the Club. Gain experience in campaigns, communications, events and member engagement within a busy Club environment.

You will work as part of the Marketing team providing day-to-day administrative support and help bring promotions to life on the Club floor, while learning marketing systems and digital content creation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, website CMS or CRM databases is advantageous.
• Interest in marketing, promotions, hospitality and events.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team with campaigns, promotions and marketing activities.
• Coordinate marketing calendars, schedules and campaign timelines.
• Prepare promotional collateral, signage and point-of-sale material.
• Assist with member and staff communications, website updates and digital content.
• Coordinate promotional stock, prizes and merchandise.
• Support setup, delivery and pack-down of promotions, entertainment and events.
• Engage with members during promotional activations on the Club floor.
• Monitor marketing enquiries and coordinate requests across the Club.
• Maintain marketing records, assets, templates and image libraries.
• Provide general administrative support to keep the Marketing team running smoothly.

We are now seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of marketing, promotional and engagement activities across the Club.

Working as part of our Marketing team, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across campaigns, promotions, communications, events and member engagement. You’ll spend part of your time behind the scenes helping everything come together and part of your time out on the Club floor helping bring our promotions and activations to life.

We’re looking for someone who isorganised, enthusiastic, willing to learn and happy to get involved.

About the Role

The role consists of:

• Supporting the Marketing team with campaigns, promotions and marketing activities
• Assisting with marketing calendars, schedules and campaign timelines

• Helping coordinate promotional stock, prizes and merchandise

• Monitoring marketing enquiries and helping coordinate requests from across the Club
• Maintaining marketing records, assets, templates and image libraries
• Providing general administrative support to keep the Marketing team running smoothly.

About You

You will have:

• Confidence using Microsoft Office, with exposure to marketing platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with email marketing systems, website content management systems or CRM/member databases would be advantageous.
• A genuine interest in marketing, promotions, hospitality and events.
• Confidence interacting with members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines.
• A willingness to learn new marketing systems and support digital, promotional and member communication activities across the Club.
