Talenza is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Executive in Sydney to support campaigns, events, content and brand initiatives. With 1-2 years’ experience, you’ll gain hands-on exposure across digital marketing, events, content, social media and marketing operations.

We're looking for a proactive, organised and creative Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing campaigns, events, content and brand initiatives across the business.
This is an ideal role for someone with 1-2 years’ experience, who is looking to gain further hands‑on experience across digital marketing, events, content creation, social media, brand management and marketing operations.
Working closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders across the business, you'll help bring campaigns to life, coordinate projects and ensure marketing activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Support the planning, execution and reporting of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Coordinate campaign timelines, assets and stakeholder approvals.
Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns.
Help manage marketing calendars and project schedules.
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Create and coordinate content for social media, websites, email campaigns and internal communications.
Assist with copywriting, proofreading and content publishing.
Support the development of thought leadership, case studies, blogs and marketing materials.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Support the planning and delivery of client events, networking functions, webinars and industry conferences.
Coordinate invitations, registrations, attendee communications and event logistics.
Liaise with venues, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Assist with event execution both onsite and virtually.
Support post-event communications and reporting.
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
Monitor social engagement and community interactions.
Maintain website content and assist with SEO / GEO initiatives.
Support digital advertising campaigns and lead generation activities.

Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders and vendor coordination.
Provide administrative support across the marketing function.
Help ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials.
Support internal stakeholders with marketing requests and collateral.
Coordinate approvals, reviews and communications between teams.
Assist with award submissions, presentations and business development materials.
1-3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, events or coordination role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn.
Marketing, Communications, Business or related degree.
Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms.
Experience coordinating events or webinars.
Knowledge of website content management systems.
Experience using marketing automation, analytics or design tools.
