Job description

At Brave Toys, we believe play has the power to spark curiosity, creativity, confidence, and connection. Through our award-winning brands, CONNETIX and My Creative Box, we create beautifully designed toys and activity kits that support hands-on learning and bring STEAM and MESH principles to life for families, educators and allied health professionals around the world.

As our global community continues to grow, we’re looking for a creative, curious, and highly organised Marketing Coordinator with solid experience in customer-facing marketing to support lifecycle activity, digital content, website optimisation, and performance reporting.

If you love blending creativity with insights, enjoy turning ideas into polished customer communications, and are excited by the idea of connecting families and educators with purposeful play, this could be a wonderful next step.

A few standout benefits we offer:
Global Growth Environment

Be part of a rapidly growing international business, helping shape customer experiences across multiple markets and supporting globally recognised brands.

Collaborative Culture

Work alongside passionate marketing, digital, creative, ecommerce, customer service, and product teams who value innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Award-Winning Workplace

Proudly awarded the Great Place to Work accolade for 4 consecutive years, reflecting our commitment to a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture.

About the Role

As part of our Marketing team, you’ll help plan, deliver, and refine lifecycle initiatives that inspire action, build loyalty, and support joyful, seamless brand experiences across every touchpoint.

From email sends and automated journeys to website updates, product launches, promotions, and reporting, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our communications timely, relevant, and beautifully aligned to our brands.

Working closely with creative, ecommerce, digital, product, and customer-facing teams, you’ll use data-led insights, careful organisation, and a strong eye for accuracy to help create marketing moments that feel personal, purposeful, and commercially effective in a busy, fast-moving environment.

What you’ll be bringing to life:

Plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging email campaigns that connect with customers, drive conversion, strengthen loyalty, and support long-term retention.

Turn ideas into polished customer touchpoints by developing briefs, coordinating creative assets, and shaping compelling copy, subject lines, calls-to-action and content.

Build, implement, and optimise automated journeys that feel smooth, personalized, and relevant across the customer lifecycle.

Use segmentation, audience insights, A/B testing, and performance data to understand what resonates and improve future activity with confidence.

Coordinate website updates, landing pages, promotional content, banners, forms and marketing assets to optimise the customer lifecycle journey through various touchpoints.

Support product launches, seasonal promotions, loyalty initiatives, and award submissions by keeping timelines clear, details accurate, and momentum moving.

Prepare reports, maintain dashboards, monitor behaviour and website performance, and turn results into clear recommendations.

About You

You’re a thoughtful, detail-driven marketer who enjoys creating customer communications that are both engaging and commercially effective. With experience in consumer-focused marketing, you’re comfortable moving between creative ideas, campaign execution, performance insights, and the practical coordination needed to bring great work to life.

You’ll bring:

3-5 years’ experience across customer-facing marketing, CRM, lifecycle, digital, or campaign coordination roles.

Hands-on experience building, testing, and sending email campaigns using marketing automation or email platforms.

A confident writing style, with the ability to shape clear, compelling messaging for different customer audiences.

An eye for design, layout and customer experience, creating engaging email campaigns and web content that balance brand consistency, usability and results.

Confidence using AI and productivity tools to enhance content creation, campaign delivery, workflow efficiency and performance reporting.

A curious, analytical mindset and the ability to use data to understand what’s working and where to improve.

Strong organisation, high attention to detail, and confidence managing deadlines, approvals, and moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative approach, with the confidence to work across teams, clarify priorities, and keep projects moving smoothly.

Comfort working with websites, customer databases, and marketing technology platforms.

Experience with platforms such as BigCommerce, Odoo, Jotform, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar systems would be highly regarded.

If you're passionate about email marketing, lifecycle automation, and creating exceptional brand experiences, and you're excited to join a growing global business, we'd love to hear from you.
