Job summary

Ray White Goulburn is seeking a Marketing Professional on a casual basis with a view to full time. Based in Goulburn, NSW 2580, the role supports the brand, services and properties through multi-channel marketing and community engagement.

You will assist in campaigns, content creation and CRM tasks, with opportunities to expand into events, photography and design. A marketing qualification and hands-on digital skills are desirable, and a flexible, collaborative work approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or have experience in marketing coordination or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social platforms and CRM.
• Creative thinker able to develop engaging marketing concepts.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print and social channels.
• Create and curate content for property listings, social media, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate promotional events, open houses and property showcases.
• Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems.
• Produce marketing collateral such as brochures and advertisements.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet objectives.
• Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Assist with photography, videography and basic graphic design as required.
