Job summary

Talenza is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Executive in Sydney to support campaigns, events, content and brand initiatives. With 1-2 years’ experience, you’ll gain hands-on exposure across digital marketing, events, content, social media and marketing operations.

You will work with the marketing team and stakeholders to bring campaigns to life, coordinate projects, and ensure activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and reporting of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets and stakeholder approvals.
• Assist in creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns.
• Help manage marketing calendars and project schedules.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Create and coordinate content for social media, websites, email campaigns and internal communications.
• Assist with copywriting, proofreading and content publishing.
• Support development of thought leadership, case studies, blogs and marketing materials.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Assist with planning and delivery of client events, networking functions, webinars and industry conferences.
