What you'll be doing:

• Helping shape and roll out our brand strategy
• Leading the charge on marketing plans and strategies — working closely with our sales team to promote product lines and tailor advertising for each Business Development Manager
• Meeting regularly with Sales Management to check our market position and build strategies for brand and product awareness
• Digging into market research to forecast consumer trends and set the marketing focus for our sales team
• Teaming up with our in-house design team on projects and new product campaign launches
• Owning our social media presence — content creation included
• Producing our company catalogues across all brands
