Job summary

Acis, based in Brisbane, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support sponsorships, webinars, client events and campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and partners to coordinate event logistics, marketing communications and ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently.

The role covers marketing communications, social media, campaigns and event logistics with hands-on involvement across a broad range of marketing activities.

Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Supporting the delivery of sponsorships, webinars, client events, and marketing campaigns, this is a varied and hands‑on role that offers exposure across a broad range of marketing and event activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and industry partners, you will play an important role in coordinating event logistics, supporting marketing communications, and helping ensure initiatives are delivered professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

• Coordinate, create, and deliver social media posts, email campaigns, website articles and other marketing communications


• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules and project trackers


• Coordinate updates to website content, event pages and marketing materials as required


• Prepare basic reporting on campaigns, events, registrations and engagement metrics


• Manage database and CRM‑related marketing administration, including list management and event data

Event Coordination

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of internal and external events, sponsorships, client functions and webinars


• Manage event logistics including venues, suppliers, registrations, guest lists, name tags, run sheets, bump‑in/bump‑out requirements and post‑event follow‑up


• Liaise with internal stakeholders, venues, suppliers and external partners to support smooth event delivery


• Manage event timelines, checklists and administration to ensure deadlines are met


• Coordinate the ordering and organisation of event materials, merchandise, signage and promotional assets


• Attend events where required to support setup, coordination, guest experience and pack‑down


• Coordinate webinar logistics, including registrations, reminders, attendee communications and post‑event collateral
