Job summary

Xact Accounting Pty is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide general marketing support across content creation, social media, partnerships and events in Brisbane. This role suits someone with a strong graphic design background who is looking to transition into a marketing team.

You'll work with our Australian team and the Philippines-based marketing group, handling photography and video for social, coordinating partnerships, and supporting events from planning to delivery.

Qualifications

• Qualification in graphic design, marketing, communications or related field.
• One to three years' design or marketing experience.
• Experience capturing imagery and short-form video for social media.
• Strong organisation skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

You'll use your creative skills every day while picking up the planning, coordination and delivery skills that round out a marketing career. You'll work closely with our Australian team and support the marketing team based in the Philippines.

About you

A qualification in graphic design, marketing, communications or related field

One to three years' design or marketing experience, including study, freelance or agency work

Comfortable capturing imagery and short-form video for social media, at events and around the office

Strong organisation skills with ability to keep several jobs moving at once

Highly collaborative, ability to work well with a distributed team across Australia and the Philippines

Confident in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar

You back yourself, speak up with ideas, are hungry to learn, are ambitious and keen to build broad marketing skills
