Little Dreamers is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead digital marketing, social media and communications across VIC, QLD and NSW. You will drive brand awareness, plan campaigns and oversee PR while maintaining our values and brand guidelines.

You will work with the national team to deliver digital-first strategies, develop content, and support advocacy and fundraising efforts with creativity and impact.

Formación

• Degree in marketing, communications or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in digital marketing with measurable campaign results.
• Experience growing online communities across social media.
• Strong writing and content creation skills; comfortable with short-form video.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the digital marketing strategy and implement the Marketing & Communications Plan.
• Plan and deliver digital-first communication across VIC, QLD and NSW.
• Manage social media channels, grow brand awareness and coordinate advocacy campaigns.
• Oversee PR and media relationships and ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Support fundraising through digital campaigns, content, PR and influencer engagement.
• Guide the Marketing Coordinator and manage initiatives within budget.
