Job summary

First Sentier Group is seeking a Marketing Associate to join the team in Sydney. The Marketing Associate supports the marketing program across Australia and New Zealand and is a great opportunity to be part of a global investment management business with a strong international presence.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will help bring our marketing strategy to life through events, sponsorships, content, branding, and digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree or 1–2 years in marketing, ideally in financial services.
• Experience with digital channels (email, social, website) and content.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and strong LinkedIn marketing knowledge.
• Excellent organisation and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support client events, sponsorships, conferences, and roadshows.
• Assist with digital campaigns and marketing materials across channels.
• Coordinate marketing calendars, budgets, and supplier relationships.
• Contribute to marketing insights and performance reporting.
