Hullbot is seeking a hands-on Sales Operations/Enablement professional to support the Sales, BD, and Operations teams. You’ll research prospects, prepare client-facing materials, and keep CRM data clean while turning insights into action.

This is a great entry‑to‑mid level role for someone eager to contribute across the commercial engine of a fast-growing robotics company. You’ll work closely with Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Impact teams to align messaging and ensure data

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in sales operations, sales enablement, business development or related commercial role.
• Excellent research skills with attention to detail and ability to translate findings into actionable outputs.
• Comfortable using a CRM and maintaining clean, structured data.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce professional client-facing materials.
• Analytical mindset with interest in using data to spot trends and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Research prospects and build target account profiles for sales outreach.
• Track competitors and market developments to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare client-facing proposals, pitch decks, and sales collateral to advance deals.
• Maintain a central knowledge base across CRM and Notion with up-to-date materials.
• Own CRM hygiene: ensure accurate records, stages, and data fields.
• Build automation and workflows to accelerate deal velocity and share information across Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery.
• Create and maintain pipeline reporting and analytics to surface trends and bottlenecks.
• Flag gaps in the sales process and suggest improvements.
