Job summary

Transport for NSW, based in Sydney (Rozelle) with hybrid work after initial onsite training, is seeking a Product Services Officer to deliver outstanding customer service for NSW Maritime products and services. You will handle mooring applications, licences, and registrations while supporting outsourced transactions and information management.

Two permanent bases in Sydney Rozelle or Gosford; starting base salary aligns with Maritime Officer Grade 3.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator who thrives in a large team environment and consistently delivers high levels of customer service.
• Strong problem-solving, empathy and conflict resolution skills in diverse customer interactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; comfortable navigating MS-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support and high-quality customer service across NSW Maritime products and services.
• Support 7-day call centre function within Transport for NSW Maritime offices.
• Assist with administrative and back-office tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
