Job summary

KBR in Australia is seeking an ILS Analyst (Technical Publication/Author) to produce, update and integrate technically accurate maintenance and support documentation for multiple platforms. The role is a permanent full‑time position based at Garden Island, Sydney, reporting to the Project Lead with exposure to Defence and commercial standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Logistics Support Analysis in the defence maritime domain, 3–5 years in Integrated Logistics Support, Navy

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Logistic Support Analysis within the Defence maritime domain.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in Integrated Logistics Support within the Defence maritime domain.
• Experience with Navy Technical Risk Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a team environment.
• Eligible for ITAR clearance for relevant ship systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and amend assigned technical publications (TMP, SA, ANP pages) per approved standards, scope and schedule.
• Ensure publications reflect validated system data, maintenance concepts and approved configuration changes.
• Collaborate with SQEPs, LSAR Analysts and Configuration Officers to resolve technical ambiguity and maintain traceability.
• Manage review cycles, comments and corrective actions from internal QA and stakeholder reviews.
• Support publication release and handover to ACS CLCM for ongoing maintenance.
