Job summary

KBR is seeking an ILS Supply Specialist in Sydney to restore and validate supply data integrity for a PBS baseline transition within Defence programs. You will align configuration, maintenance and logistics data, working with SQEPs, LSAR analysts and officers on baselined data and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in Defence maritime LSA/ILS, knowledge of ERP/MILIS, LNIDs and APLCRATES, and an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Materiel Logistics or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Logistic Support Analysis within Defence maritime domain.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Integrated Logistics Support within Defence maritime domain.
• Knowledge of Defence logistics management systems (Defence ERP/MILIS, LNIDs, APLCRATES).
• Navy Technical Risk Management experience.
• Verbal and Written Communication in a team environment.
• Must be eligible for ITAR clearance of relevant ship systems.
• Active Baseline Defence Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and remediate supply support data misalignment across ERP, APLCRATES, NAVALLOW and related systems.
• Validate that supply data reflects approved configurations and changes with SQEPs, LSAR Analysts, and Configuration Officers.
• Manage and deliver codification and cataloguing activities, including review of part number data and NSN status.
• Identify, assess and report supply-related risks affecting baseline integrity or deliverability.
• Support baseline release by ensuring data is complete, consistent, auditable and up-to-date.
