Job summary

Ventia is looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Fremantle, WA, on a Department of Transport contract. You will manage on-site works for maritime assets, including wharfs, jetties, harbours, gardens and related buildings, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

You will plan reactive, programmed and routine maintenance with Ventia staff and subcontractors, raise purchase orders and coordinate activities.

Qualifications

• WA Driver's Licence
• Trade background in Carpenter, Fabrication, or Builder
• Experience supervising and directing work crews
• Experience in other coordinator/maintenance or similar – highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget control, client liaison, procurement, service delivery processes, and performance inspections
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality and timelines
• Ensure service delivery is effective and meets the contracted requirements
• Provide technical and professional advice on day-to-day basis where required
• Perform additional work-related responsibilities as needed
