Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Maritime Technical Operations Engineer to deploy globally in support of Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) platforms. You will lead hands-on troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of AUVs in challenging sea conditions.

You will liaise with customers, engineering and operations to ensure fast issue resolution, contribute to test plans, and help create and refine training materials and documentation for mission success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating at-sea robotic systems, ideally in a customer support role.
• Hands-on field operations, manufacturing, or test experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability at the hardware/software/networking interface.
• Proficient with AUV maintenance, operations, troubleshooting, and repair.

Responsibilities

• Deploy globally to support customer-fielded AUV operations from various vessels.
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs in the field.
• Coordinate issue resolution between customers, engineering and operations.
• Develop and review test plans during at-sea testing and assist with integration and test.
• Contribute to user documentation and training materials for AUV operations.
