Job summary

Whitsunday Ocean Services, a family owned marine safety upholstry business in the Whitsundays, QLD, seeks skilled textile tradespeople: marine trimmer, upholsterer, sewing machinist or textile tradesperson. Experience in textile manufacturing, sewing or upholstry is valued, with a focus on learning marine cover, cushion and upholstry work.

Expect excellent attention to detail, reliability, and independence as well as team participation.

Whitsunday Ocean Services is a family owned and operated Marine Safety business based in the Whitsundays, QLD. We specialise in high-quality marine upholstry, covers and inflatable boat covers, along with a wide range of custom marine work.

Due to continued growth and an increase in workload, we're looking for skilled and motivated textile tradespeople to join our friendly team.

We're open to applicants with experience as a;

• Marine Trimmer

• Upholsterer

• Sewing Machinist

• Textile Tradesperson

Experience with industrial sewing machines and marine work is highly regarded. However, if you have solid domestic sewing experience, a good eye for detail and a genuine interest in developing your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
