Job summary

Till Marine & Powersports, backed by Till Automotive Group, Geelong, seeks an experienced marine technician to service, diagnose, and repair outboards, manage repowerings and engine installations, and handle new rigging and pre-delivery tasks.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, fit marine accessories and equipment, and work independently with a current boat licence and driver’s licence; Mercury/MerCruiser experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Proven marine industry experience.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability.
• Mercury/MerCruiser experience highly regarded.
• Current driver's licence and boat licence.
• Reliable, motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Outboard servicing, diagnostics and repairs.
• Repowers and new engine installations.
• New boat rigging and pre-delivery.
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding.
• Installation of marine accessories and equipment.
