• Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, cabinet making, joinery, shopfitting, or a similar industry (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Manufacture and assemble commercial timber doors and fire-rated doors.
• Operate woodworking machinery including panel saws, edge banders, routers, presses, and sanders.
• Read production drawings and job sheets.
• Measure, cut, machine, and assemble timber and sheet materials.

About the role

We are seeking multiple full-time Manufacturing Team members to join our production facility in Pomona, Queensland. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be integral to our manufacturing operations, contributing directly to the production of premium fire doors and commercial door products. As part of our expanding team, you will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where precision, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential. These roles offer the opportunity to develop your skills in assembly and process work whilst being part of a growing, professional organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble commercial timber doors and fire-rated doors.
• Operate woodworking machinery including panel saws, edge banders, routers, presses, and sanders.
• Read production drawings and job sheets.

What we're looking for
