Job summary

Quick Release, a subsidiary of Alten Group, is expanding its Melbourne team and seeking a Production Process Engineer to drive manufacturing improvements across the plant. You will develop and implement production and process improvement activities, support major facility expansions, and deliver complex projects on budget and schedule.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing related industries.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience performing process improvement studies and implementing improvements based on investigations

QR_ is currently expending its activity in Australia and we are looking for a Production Process Engineer join our Melbourne team.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing production/process improvement activities
  • Application of contemporary manufacturing methodologies to support major facility expansions

Must have:

  • Experience owning the technical documentation related to the project
