Quickstep Holdings Limited is seeking Manufacturing Operators to join our Bankstown facility. This hands-on role offers a fast-paced, supportive environment with opportunities for growth across three shifts.

Applicants must be able to work across shifts and adapt to changing requirements. Previous manufacturing experience is valued; we emphasize safety, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to Workplace Health & Safety and high-quality work standards.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and flexibility in performing a range of tasks.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment on Bankstown line and ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures to maintain quality.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain a clean work area.
