Job summary

The Arnott's Group is seeking a hands-on P&C Business Partner to join our Huntingwood manufacturing site on a two-year fixed-term contract. You’ll work closely with frontline leaders, manage ER/IR matters and coach teams to improve attendance, conduct and performance while ensuring consistent people decisions across shifts.

In this role you’ll partner with site stakeholders to build capability, support workforce initiatives and help leaders balance care with accountability in a fast-paced, 24/7

Qualifications

Operational, industrial or frontline environment experience.
Ability to manage attendance, conduct and performance with sound judgement.
Capable of coaching leaders and enabling consistent people decisions across shifts.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end ER/IR management, including attendance and conduct.
Coach frontline leaders to improve people conversations and drive accountability.
Balance care with accountability while escalating appropriately.
Ensure consistent communications across salaried, wage and frontline groups.
Build visibility and trust across a 24/7 site and adapt rhythms to shifts.
Partner with site stakeholders to identify recurring people themes and risks.
Support broader site and Supply Chain people initiatives.
