The Arnott’s Group is seeking a P&C Business Partner to join our Huntingwood manufacturing site on a two-year fixed-term contract. This hands-on, site-based role partners with frontline leaders to manage ER/IR matters, attendance, conduct, performance and people accountability across a 24/7 operation.

You’ll coach leaders, drive consistent people decisions, and support workforce initiatives while balancing care with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage ER/IR matters end-to-end including attendance, leave, conduct and performance.
• Coach frontline leaders to have better people conversations and follow-through on actions.
• Support shift accountability and empower line leaders to lead rather than escalate all matters to P&C.
• Facilitate consistent communication across salaried, waged and frontline groups.
• Build visibility and trust across a 24/7 site and adapt communication rhythms to different shifts.
• Collaborate with site stakeholders to identify recurring people themes and risks.
• Support broader site and Supply Chain people initiatives including workforce transition and leadership capability.
