Job summary

The Arnott's Group is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with Marketing and Sales leaders to drive financial performance and provide meaningful insights across the business. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will strengthen forecasting, budget ownership and performance visibility, influencing senior stakeholders to improve planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• CA, CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing and Sales leaders to manage operating expenses, headcount planning and investment decisions.
• Lead month-end reporting and analysis processes, providing insights and commentary on key drivers.
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations that support business performance and decision-making.
• Lead forecasting and annual budgeting processes across Marketing and Sales SG&A.
• Own month end journal and balance sheet reconciliation processes.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support investment and resource allocation decisions.
• Improve forecast accuracy and drive stronger budget ownership, accountability and financial discipline across the business.
• Leverage tools such as Power BI and AI to automate reporting and reduce manual effort.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning, reporting and governance processes.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and cross-functional leaders to deliver high-quality financial outcomes.
