Job summary

Zoetis, the animal health leader, seeks a Manufacturing Lead for its Rutherford site in the Hunter Valley. You will oversee manufacturing operations, lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive productivity, quality, and safety while expanding the site’s capabilities.

You will partner with the Site Leader to create a 3–5 year vision, manage budgets, and implement lean practices to improve processes and performance across functions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Three plus years of experience in a GMP/regulated environment.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations or quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing at Rutherford site and oversee productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale.
• Provide leadership to managers/supervisors to drive performance and change.
• Ensure efficient warehouse operations and integration with manufacturing.
