Noumi Limited is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead health and safety at our Ingleburn manufacturing site. You will partner with site leaders, supervisors and employees to strengthen safety culture, improve systems and ensure a safe, compliant workplace.

The role requires leading risk assessments, audits and incident investigations, managing corrective actions, and reporting safety performance to site leadership.

Formación

• Relevant qualifications in WHS/OHS or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and contemporary safety practices
• Leadership experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food production or similar operational environments
• Experience with incident investigation, risk management and safety systems
• Experience with injury management and return-to-work processes
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Practical, proactive and hands-on approach to safety

Responsabilidades

• Lead the site's Health & Safety strategy, initiatives and improvement programs.
• Provide practical safety advice, coaching and guidance to leaders and employees.
• Drive a proactive and engaged safety culture across the site.
• Maintain and continuously improve Health & Safety and Injury Management systems.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Manage corrective actions and identify opportunities to reduce workplace risk.
• Monitor safety performance, trends and KPIs and provide reporting to site leadership.
• Lead Health & Safety Committee and HSR engagement.
• Partner with People & Culture on workers compensation and return-to-work matters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant WHS legislation, policies and standards

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead health and safety at our Ingleburn manufacturing site.

This is a hands‑on role partnering closely with site leaders, supervisors and employees to strengthen our safety culture, improve systems and ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

What you’ll bring

• Relevant qualifications in WHS/OHS or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and contemporary safety practices.
• Previous safety leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, food production or a similar operational environment.
• Strong experience across incident investigation, risk management and safety systems.
• Experience with injury management and return-to-work processes.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• A practical, proactive and hands‑on approach to safety.
