The role owns complete process responsibility and supports the assigned area from design to production, interfacing with multiple groups to resolve issues with corrective actions. Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical, Software, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering and 3–5 years related experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PCBA testing or qualification.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting components.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing methods and DFMs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and specifies equipment to support manufacturing processes and implements new techniques as required.
• Provides primary technical support to Production and interprets work instructions, specs, and tool usage.
• Resolves assembly problems with root-cause analysis and leads continuous improvement projects.
• Maintains BOM, drafts assembly drawings, and approves document changes (ECOs).
• Creates manufacturing documentation to internal and customer specifications.
• Collects and analyzes data to implement corrective actions for deficiencies.
• Collaborates on Product Design to optimize manufacturing methods for cost and efficiency.
• Performs industrial engineering tasks like work center layout to reduce lead times and costs.
• May provide technical guidance or temporary supervision for junior staff.
