Job summary

Laborup is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a new, state-of-the-art precision manufacturing facility in Horsham, PA. You will develop, improve, and support production processes for complex components, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, CNC programming, and production teams to solve challenges and ensure smooth transitions from development to stable production.

Qualifications

• Experienced Manufacturing Engineer from a production environment.
• Strong background in process development and continuous improvement.
• Experience troubleshooting problems and implementing improvements.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing requirements.
• Experience supporting new product introduction and production readiness.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with machinists, CNC programmers, Quality, and Operations.
• Able to manage multiple projects through completion.
• Comfortable spending significant time on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and production methods.
• Improve productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and machining issues with production teams.
• Identify root causes and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Support new product introduction and production readiness.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, processes, and work instructions.
• Improve cycle time, quality, repeatability, workflow, and cost.
• Partner with CNC programmers, machinists, Quality, Operations, and Engineering.
• Help standardize manufacturing methods and establish repeatable processes.
• Take ownership of engineering projects from problem identification through shop-floor implementation.

We’re hiring an experiencedManufacturing Engineerto join a new, state-of-the-art precision manufacturing facility in Horsham, PA.

This is a hands-on manufacturing engineering role focused ondeveloping, improving, and supporting production processesfor complex precision-manufactured components. You’ll work directly with Operations, Engineering, Quality, CNC Programming, and production teams to solve manufacturing challenges, improve processes, support new product introduction, and ensure jobs are fully prepared for production.

The right person will be comfortable working close to the manufacturing floor—not simply creating documentation, buttroubleshooting problems, improving processes, and driving jobs from development into stable production.

Compensation: $95,000–$133,000/year
