Job summary

Talenza is partnering with a purpose-led organisation in the disability and NDIS sector, seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join their Technology & Quality Assurance team in Adelaide on a 12-month fixed-term contract (hybrid). The role focuses on quality engineering, automation excellence and delivering social impact through reliable software releases.

You will design and maintain test strategies, collaborate with product and development teams, and help elevate QA standards across platform releases

Qualifications

Experience testing in complex application environments.
Experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain regression, smoke, functional and performance tests.
Review historical releases to identify defects, risks and improvement opportunities.
Ensure platform changes are delivered with high quality, reliability and confidence.
Maintain detailed, accurate and auditable QA documentation to meet regulatory obligations.
Collaborate with product, development and support teams to validate upcoming releases.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA standards, tooling and practices.
