Emapta Global seeks a Managing Director, APAC - Intelligent Workforce Transformation, to advise CEOs on AI, automation, and operating-model redesign for enterprise productivity. You’ll lead high-value client relationships, shape demand for complex programs, and advance a defining leadership career with Emapta’s top talent.

Competenze

• 7–10 years senior-level exp in management consulting, enterprise transformation, strategy, technology, AI, automation, or professional services, with senior partner/MD level experience.
• Proven track record engaging directly with CEOs and C-suite executives and originating complex enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong mix of consulting or transformation expertise and commercial responsibility, with significant selling experience.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 7 to 10 years of senior-level experience in management consulting, enterprise transformation, strategy, technology, AI, automation, or professional services, with substantial career experience as a Partner, Senior Partner, or Managing Director at a leading management consulting firm; senior transformation or strategy executive; or senior enterprise SaaS/technology executive with significant consultative selling experience
• Proven track record engaging directly with CEOs and C-suite executives and originating, shaping, and selling complex enterprise transformation programs
• Strong combination of consulting or transformation expertise and commercial responsibility, including significant consultative selling experience
• Proven ability to create demand, identify strategic opportunities, and translate complex business challenges into commercially viable solutions
• Experience managing significant enterprise client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders throughout complex engagements
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and operating effectively across multiple functions and business units
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior AI, technology, and transformation leaders on strategic client opportunities

Transformation & Consulting Capability

• Considerable experience in transformation, consulting, operating-model design, or a related discipline
• Strong expertise in operating-model design and transformation, workforce strategy and planning, organization design, and role design
• Experience with work decomposition and task analysis, with knowledge of shared services, global business services, and functional transformation
• Expertise in productivity and performance improvement, including understanding how AI and automation reshape roles, processes, and organizational structures

Business Processes & Transformation

• Expertise in business-process analysis, redesign, optimization, and transformation, including identifying opportunities for automation and intelligent work
• Strong understanding of how people, processes, and technology interact, with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear transformation priorities
• Ability to facilitate discovery and transformation workshops with senior stakeholders

AI & Automation

• Strong commercial understanding of AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies, including their impact on the economics of work
• Ability to explain AI and automation to senior executives without technical jargon and distinguish meaningful transformation opportunities from technology-led experimentation
• Ability to connect AI opportunities with business value, productivity, and organizational outcomes, working with the Chief AI Officer to translate emerging capabilities into practical transformation opportunities

Organizational Change

• Strong understanding of organizational change and transformation adoption, with experience guiding significant changes to roles, processes, structures, and ways of working
• Understanding of the human, cultural, and leadership dimensions of workforce transformation, including the ability to anticipate organizational barriers and incorporate them into transformation strategies

Executive Consulting & Communication

• Ability to engage CEOs, ask sophisticated questions, and rapidly identify underlying business, organizational, and operational challenges
• Ability to synthesize insights across strategy, people, processes, and technology and formulate clear transformation hypotheses
• Exceptional executive communication and facilitation skills, including senior executive workshops, persuasive presentations, and compelling business cases
• Ability to move confidently between strategic advisory and commercial execution, collaborating with the Chief AI Officer to integrate AI into the broader transformation narrative
• Ability to engage credibly across CEOs, COOs, CHROs, CIOs, and CFOs on enterprise strategy, operating models, workforce transformation, technology implications, and financial impact

Your Daily Tasks

CEO-Level Strategic Engagement

• Establish trusted relationships with CEOs and C-suite executives across APAC
• Lead executive conversations on productivity, workforce economics, organizational performance, AI, automation, and operating-model transformation
• Partner with the Chief AI Officer on initial CEO pitches for priority accounts
• Identify opportunities where workforce transformation and AI can create meaningful business value
• Challenge conventional thinking and help executives define the transformation required to achieve strategic objectives

Transformation Diagnosis

• Assess operating models, workforce structures, and business processes to identify transformation opportunities
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvement, work redesign, automation, and AI-enabled transformation
• Synthesize stakeholder insights into actionable recommendations and initial transformation hypotheses
• Partner with consulting, product, AI, and delivery experts to refine transformation strategies and solutions

Enterprise Transformation Sales

• Position Intelligent Workforce Transformation as an enterprise-wide transformation agenda rather than a standalone technology or workforce purchase
• Develop compelling value propositions that connect productivity, workforce effectiveness, AI, automation, and organizational agility to measurable business outcomes
• Build executive-level business cases and transformation roadmaps
• Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, CIOs, COOs, and business-unit leaders
• Orchestrate consulting, AI, product, technology, and delivery teams around strategic opportunities
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations for significant enterprise transformation engagements
