Job description

Manager, Treatment Plant and Land Planning
  • True hybrid working - work from home and our Mitcham office
  • $187,254 TRP inclusive of 12% superannuation

The Role

Leading a team responsible for critical planning, risk management and regulatory functions that support the safe, compliant and efficient operation of YVW's treatment assets.

You’ll take the lead in driving the planning, optimisation and readiness of programs and projects, translating service and investment priorities into executable, risk-based and value-driven works packages.

In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure that maintenance and renewals planning is insight-led, reliability-centred, and fully integrated with delivery and operational realities.

You’ll play a meaningful role in shaping systems that are not only resilient and dependable today, but also ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow. By nurturing tactical asset management, inclusive program design, and ongoing improvement, you’ll help create more sustainable and future‑ready infrastructure.

Collaboration is at the core of this role. You’ll work closely across teams to ensure planning and delivery are in sync, meeting regulatory, customer and performance expectations seamlessly. You’ll also help coordinate planning for urgent and responsive works, minimising operational risks.
